Rates
We charge £30 an hour for call-outs, and the minimum of a one-hour charge applies to each call-out. Thereafter time is billed in half-hour blocks. We also offer phone and online support, the latter via Skype and available via prior arrangement. Contact us now

Marten
Geniuses are hard to find. Especially when all you need is help rather than a new Theory of Relativity. Which is where Marten comes in. He's grown up with the Mac and has more than 20 years experience. He cut his teeth on the Mac Plus back in the long-forgotten mists of the last millenium and now there's little he can't do or solve on a Mac.
Mark
Mark's expertise is in Mac, IT and Hardware Support, with a background in Software and System Testing, Wireless LAN and Ethernet Setup. He is currently learning Objective-C and Cocoa and developing applications and games for the Mac OS X and iPhone operating systems.
